According to the base Size,there are comings size as 1/2,1/3,1/4,1/6,1/9,2/3,2/4,2/1 ETC
According to different standard, there is two model, one is USA type, and one is EURO type
The inner wall of USA G.N pan ,It is very very smoothly,and the corner of the pan is smaller than EURO type.
For depth G.N pan,mostly welcome in market are 2cm/4cm/6.5cm/10cm/15cm/20cm.
For the 6.5cm widely using inside buffet dish.
